Denville Walker

January 7, 1959 - December 13, 2018

 

Mr. Denville Lee Walker, 59, of Marietta, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.

Denville is survived by son and daughter-in-law, DJ and Melissa Walker of Talking Rock; daughter, Wendi Walker of Douglasville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Clinton & Helen Walker of Ball Ground, Marvin and Yvonne Walker of Waleska, Ricky and Tammy Walker of Ball Ground; brother, Jerry Walker of Ball Ground; sister, Kathy Walker of Marietta; sister-in-law, Judy Walker of Athens. Also surviving are five grandchildren.

Denville was preceded in death by his son, Timmy Walker.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Sunday December 16, 2018 in the Cagle Funeral Home Chapel.

A memorial services will take place at a later time.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Cagle Funeral Home to help cover expenses.

Cagle Funeral Home is honored to serve the Walker family.

 

Dillard Buchanan

August 14, 1930 - December 12, 2018

Mr. Dillard Buchanan, 88, of Marble Hill passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at his residence. 

Mr. Buchanan is survived by his sisters, Foustine Duckett of Ball Ground and Marcelle Bozeman of Marble Hill; nieces, Cindy Petty and Susan Bozeman of Marble Hill. Also several other nieces and nephews. 

Dillard is preceded in death by his sister, Margie Howell; brother, Willard Buchanan and niece, Amy Cowart.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 15, 2018 in the Cagle Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Danny Baker, Rev. Josh Mulkey, Rev. Ricky Jarrett and Rev. Barry Payne officiating.

Interment was at Four Mile Baptist Church Cemetery immediately following the funeral services. Marble Hill Masonic Lodge 207 was in charge of the Masonic Graveside Service.  The Masons served as pallbearers.

Cagle Funeral Home is honored to serve the Buchanan family.
