The Aces Youth Home (ACES) will hold its fifth annual Holiday Tour of Homes in Jasper. Presented by Piedmont Mountainside, this year’s tour will take place on Sunday, December 1st from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. and will feature homes in the beautiful Village at Oak Creek Subdivision in Jasper.
We have seven beautiful homes in this subdivision on our Tour this year. We will feature one each week in the Progress prior to the tour.
Our featured home for this week is the home of James and Mary Ducar.
The home is located at 104 Village Creek Drive in Jasper. The house was built in 2020. It is a craftsman style 2-story home with 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths that sits on a little over an acre lot with budding grape vines and an outbuilding that serves as a hobby workshop.
The home has interior shiplap and wainscoting accents, a fireplace with an open floor plan, and a gourmet style kitchen with a large island that is perfect for entertaining. In addition to the rocking chair front porch, there is an extended covered patio with a fire table and additional rocking chairs to enjoy the partially fenced in yard with their four furry friends.
