ArtWalk Jasper Call to Artists for Sept. and Oct. events

ArtWalk Jasper is seeking entries for the juried portion of our falls events in September and October. The events have continued to grow since last year’s inaugural year, and we’re excited to see what fall has in store.

            *Deadline to enter the September 22 event is Friday, July 28.

            *Deadline to enter the October 27 event is Friday, Aug. 25.

            Artists will be notified by the Sunday after deadline if they have been selected. Selected artists will be placed in a Jasper, Ga. Main Street business to display, and will be judged for a chance to win prizes for 1st ($400); 2nd ($250); and 3rd ($100).

            Artists will also be able to sell their work and perform live demonstrations if the business allows. The event is from 6-9 p.m. All mediums are considered and you do not have to live in Pickens County to enter, but must be on site for the event. No fee to enter.
