ArtWalk Jasper has been rescheduled for Friday, September 27th due to possible inclement weather.
“These are difficult decisions with so many people involved, but I think it’s the best considering the terrible weather forecast,” said ArtWalk Jasper Director Angela Reinhardt. “I hope everyone will join us in two weeks for an amazing night of art and music.”
Pip the Pansy and her colorful dancing blobs will return as the headlining act, as well as dozens of artists and other musicians. The free event will be held on Jasper’s Main Street from 6-9 p.m. The event will also feature outdoor artist vendors, a community paint-by-number canvas, a live spinning demonstration, a whittling demonstration, and more.
The event is organized by Pickens Arts & Cultural Alliance with support from the city of Jasper, the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce, and other sponsors. Follow ArtWalk Jasper on Facebook for updates.
