The cast is all ready to entertain you with the delightful holiday comedy Christmas Belles, by Jones, Hope, Wooten.
The show is set in Fayro, Texas. We’ve been there before in another show set there that introduced y’all to the Futrelle sisters and their wild relatives and neighbors.
If you missed the first one, don’t fret, darlin’, because you catch up right away. We have a terrific cast of familiar faces and one new one.
This cast has “clicked” under the direction of Jan Simpson, aided by Eve Sauer. They’re rarin’ to make you laugh out loud. The play is set in the “Tabernacle of the Lamb” in Fayro.
The congregation is ready to put on it NEW and IMPROVED Christmas pageant – having nudged out the director for the past 27 years, Miss Geneva. Futrelle sister Honey Raye want to polish up her reputation by being the director of an extravaganza of a Christmas pageant. And that’s where the comedy begins.
Show Dates
The show dates are November 29, 30 and December 1, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14 and 15. The Sunday shows are at 2PM and the others at 7:30 PM at the Tater Patch Theater at 95 Philadelphia Lane.
Ticket Information
To buy tickets in advance, go to www.taterpatchplayers.org, click “buy tickets” and follow the prompts. To buy tickets in person, the box office opens an hour before curtain time. Ticket prices are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors and $16 for students. For opening week, we ask, if you can, to please bring a new and not gift wrapped toy for Pickens Marine Corps League Toys for Tots. Share night, for those unable to afford tickets at this time, is Tuesday, November 26 at 7:30. For share night, please bring a Toys for Tots donation, in lieu of payment.
