Victor Head was called to his heavenly home in the pre-dawn hours of September 18, 2022.
Vic was a wonderful man, loyal and fiercely devoted to his family. He was an amazing Grandson, son, brother, husband, father, uncle and Pop. To know him was to love him… he was a friend to all!
He had a gentle temperament with a youthful spirit and the heart of an old relaxed soul.
With courage and hope he fought cancer for three years all while remaining fully committed to his career as an electronics technician for 20+ years at Six Flags Over Georgia.
Vic is survived by his loving wife, Donna; his son, Connor (Kimsey); daughter, Brinkley Wofford (Garrett); daughter, Olivia; grandboy, Noah; his father, Harold Head Jr. (Beverly); grandmother, Evelyn Head; brothers, Greg Head (Lindy), Brenton Head (James), Chan Head (Tina); sister, Paige Wilson (Randy); and several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Vic was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Hudgins Head; grandfather, Harold Head Sr.; and grandparents, Bertha Nell and Jeffrey Clark Hudgins.
Vic was happiest spending time with his family, drinking beer, a day in the woods, and flying his RC airplanes. He was a talented drummer and classic rock was his jam. His infectious smile could light up any room and for what he will be most remembered.
We kindly ask that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Assured Hospice Care in Vic’s memory at 9B Medical Dr. NE; Cartersville GA 30121.
